I Will Kill Myself if I Am Extradited to India Says Nirav Modi:- Billionaire jewel trader Nirav Modi flew from the country after a massive scam and toured across the globe without any trace. He was finally spotted in UK and was arrested. On Wednesday, Nirav Modi told the court that he was beaten three times in jail and was threatened to kill himself if his extradition is ordered. Despite of his sensational comments, Nirav Modi was not granted bail by the UK Court. Nirav Modi appeared before Westminster Court and he applied bail for the fifth time. Nirav Modi is accused of a bank scam worth Rs 9100 crores and he was taken into custody this year.

His lawyer claimed that Nirav Modi was beaten thrice in Wandsworth prison this year in April. Nirav Modi called it a targeted attack and the prison authorities never responded to this. Nirav Modi said that he would never get a fair trial if he is extradited to India and Nirav Modi said that he would kill himself if sent to India. The Chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot denied his bail petition once again and she said Nirav Modi would abscond and will destroy the evidence. The next hearing will take place on December 4th. India is trying its best to extradite Nirav Modi to the country.
