Pak Tries to Put Four Indians on UN Terror List:- After India took a dig on Pakistan in the recent UN meet, Pakistan seems to have all set for a tit-for-tat move. The country tries to put Indian nationals as terrorists under the Council's 1267 Al Qaida sanctions committee. This move came after Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar was designated as a global terrorist on May 1. Pakistan with the support of China moved to designate two Indians as global terrorists after Pak accused them of terror attacks in Balochistan and Peshawar in Pakistan. This takes to four the number of Indians labeled terrorists by Pakistan.

All these four terrorists have been evacuated from Afghanistan by the Indian security agencies. In the dossier submitted to the committee, Pak presented them of bombing and staging attacks in various parts of Pakistan. An FIR number 77 (dated July 13, 2019) under sections 312, 324, 353, 14B, 149, 3/4 F & P, 7 ATA, counter-terrorism department, police station Peshawar, has been registered. Indian officials said that Pak has been framing innocent Indians who crossed the border as terrorists and several cases have been registered.

Had these Indians not been extracted, it is possible that they may have been abducted by ISI from Afghanistan, in much the same way Indian naval officer-turned-businessman Kulbushan Jadhav was from Iran, the officials added.
