Disha Case : HC Notifies Police To Preserve The Rapists Dead Bodies:- Disha Case: As per the orders of the Telangana High Court, the Principal District Judge of Mahaboobnagar to receive a video of the entire postmortem of the rapist’s dead bodies. Besides, until December 9th their bodies will be kept.

The order reads "The Principal District Judge, Mahaboobnagar, is directed to receive the same and hand it over to the Registrar General of the High Court of Telangana by tomorrow evening”.

The postmortem is to be done at the Government District Hospital at Mahboobnagar, this will be supervised by the Superintendent of the hospital and doctors from Gandhi hospital in Hyderabad, this was informed to the High Court by the Advocate-General of Telangana.

The National Human Rights Commission wants to go deeper and scrutinize the dead bodies and they have informed the Telangana Police not to perform the last ritual until then.

On Friday evening, woman activists went up to the High Court and expressed their doubts about the case, they prefer to independently look into the details of the encounter.
