Karnataka Doctor Who Treated Patients Infected With Coronavirus:- The Karnataka Health Department today revealed that a 60-year-old doctor who hails from Kalaburagi has been tested positive with coronavirus. The doctor is the one who treated the first coronavirus patient in the country. The 76-year-old patient from Kalaburagi passed away recently due to coronavirus. The doctor was in contact with the coronavirus patient who was admitted in Kalaburagi hospital. The total number of infected patients in Karnataka reached ten and the doctor is now being treated in isolation ward currently.

An Indian student returned from the United Kingdom recently is tested positive with coronavirus. She is under home isolation. Karnataka is currently under lockdown after the government ordered a complete shutdown. All the IT employees have been asked to work from home if feasible. As of now, the state is completely shut down till the end of this month. The total number of coronavirus cases in the country crossed 125.
