AP Coronavirus Cases Cross 40,000 Mark:- The number of coronavirus cases across the country are increasing at a rapid speed all over. Though the number remained low in Andhra Pradesh initially, they went on increasing from the past couple of weeks. As per the report from the Health department, the total number of cases crossed 40,000 mark. AP witnessed 2602 cases in the past 24 hours and the total reached 40,646. There are 19,814 active cases in the state and 20,298 people got discharged after they are recovered from coronavirus. 534 people passed away in Andhra Pradesh due to the deadly virus.

905 people recovered from coronavirus yesterday and 42 people passed away in AP. Around 20,200 samples are tested in Andhra Pradesh yesterday. Some of the districts in AP are under strict lockdown after the cases have been increasing. Kurnool, East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur and Anantapur registered huge number of cases in the recent weeks. The Andhra Pradesh government is conducting huge number of tests when compared to the other states and they are taking all the measures but the spread of coronavirus is huge because of the relaxations.
