New York's Times Square Beamed Up With Ayodhya Temple Model:- Yesterday happened to be a historic day in India as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the groundbreaking ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The entire nation chanted Sri Ram and Ayodhya was decorated yellow on the occasion. An image of Lord Rama along with a 3D portrait model of the Ram Mandir was beamed up on the billboard in the iconic Times Square in New York on this occasion of the groundbreaking ceremony. Several Indians residing in and around New York gathered near the Times Square to celebrate the occasion. Modi placed the first brick for the temple at the spot where Lord Rama was born centuries ago.

The billboard at the Times Square is one of the most expensive display boards of the world and the Ram Mandir images have been displayed on the board. President of the American India Public Affairs Committee Jagdish Sewhani said that the expensive billboards are leased and they are equipped with the highest resolution exterior LED screen in the Times Square. The 17,000-square-foot wrap-around LED display screen is booked well in advance for the occasion. Soil from 2000 holy sites across the country and water from 100 rivers in the country are used for the three-day rituals which were completed by yesterday.
