Black Day for Indian Judiciary says Asaduddin Owaisi:- The verdict of the pending Babri Masjid demolition case is out finally after 28 long years and all the 32 accused in the case have been announced acquitted by the Special CBI court today in Lucknow. A strict security has been imposed across Uttar Pradesh ahead of the verdict. All India Majilis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi termed it as a Black Day in the Indian judiciary. He said that the justice was not served. BJP leaders like LK Advani and Murali Manohar Joshi are among the accused and they are now acquitted. He said that the entire incident was pre-planned. He said that the acquittal of the accused was contradictory.

"The judgment says that the act of demolition was an egregious violation of rule of law. I fail to comprehend. If the Supreme Court called it an egregious violation of law, did someone use to demolish the Masjid in 1992" questioned Asaduddin Owaisi. He said that the violence pays politically. Asaduddin Owaisi also said that there was violence, murders and properties destroyed wherever there was rath yatra conducted in the country. He questioned Uma Bharti about demolishing Babri masjid once again. He questioned about the world that witnessed LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti celebrating the demolition of Babri masjid by distributing sweets.
