The portal enables online land transactions from 12:30 PM today in Mudu Chintalapalli village of Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The state government also informed that Tahsildars will be the joint sub-registrars and they will be authorized to carry the non-agricultural land transactions in the state of Telangana. Two separate GOs are issued on Wednesday about the same. The Tahsildar can conduct registrations and instant mutations for the agricultural lands in the state.
