Coronavirus India Tally Crosses 80 Lakh Mark:- The new infections of coronavirus saw a huge decline but the entire nation should be extra cautious as the second wave of cases turned out to be a new threat in some of the European countries. Indian witnessed 48,648 new cases of coronavirus in the country in the last 24 hours and the total tally of coronavirus cases stands at 80,88,851. The total deaths in the country to date are said to be 1,21,090 and 563 people passed away in the country yesterday. A total number of 73,73,375 people recovered completely from coronavirus and th recovery rate in the country stands at 91.15 percent and the fatality rate now stands at 1.50 percent.

The active cases of the deadly disease dipped below 6 lakh in the recent times and the total active cases of coronavirus stand at 5,94,386 which is equal to 7.35 percent of the total caseload. Telangana reported 1531 new cases of coronavirus and the total tally of cases reached 2.37 lakhs. Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka continue to be the states with a huge number of infections reported in the country. The cases in Delhi reached 3.75 lakhs by yesterday with 5739 new cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total tests conducted in the country to date are said to be 10,77,28,088 and the samples tested yesterday are said to be 11,64,648.
