Hyderabad has the Country's Most Advanced Waste Management System:- Telangana's Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao today told that the state's capital now has the country's most advanced municipal solid waste collection and transport, treatment system. KTR said that no metro city in the country is having such facilities. 55 advanced compactors for garbage are launched and flagged off by KTR today which are used for garbage collection and transportation. KTR also launched the modern transfer station at the Sanjeevaiah Park today in the presence of the state legislators, ministers and other leaders.

KTR said that their idea is to have an advanced municipal solid waste management system and all the old garbage trucks will now be replaced with these advanced compactors in Hyderabad in a month told KTR. Ramky CEO M. Gowtham Reddy revealed that KTR expressed his unhappiness a year ago after which the initiative was taken. The MSW Collection & Transport Project implemented by HiMSW Limited at Hyderabad. It is the most advanced and sustainable system in the country. Hyderabad city has the most advanced MSW Management system in the country. A dedicated Command & Control Centre remotely tracks and reports the trucks all round the clock.
