Narendra Modi says that the Farmers are Misguided by Opposition:- The Indian farmers are protesting against the introduced farm laws by the government. The protests got intensified after the talks failed between the Centre and the Farmer Unions. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the farmers are completely misguided by the Centre for the three agriculture laws. He said that the new legislations are completely meant for their welfare. Narendra Modi spoke at a rally in Kutch, Gujarat after he laid the foundation stone for several key projects of the state. He took a dig on the opposition parties and said that they misguided the farmers completely.

"A conspiracy is under way in Delhi to confuse the farmers and they are completely misguided by the opposition parties. We have introduced the new laws for their benefits. They are being told that the new laws will make their land occupied by others. Our government is completely committed for the welfare of the farmers. Centre will continue to assure them to address each and every concern for the farmers about the new laws" told Modi. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that the government is in plans to lock the new date to initiate the talks with the farmers. He said that the government is ready to discuss the legislation. The farmers rejected all the recent proposals placed by the Centre.
