No lockdown in Telangana says KCR:- Telangana is entering into a tough phase of coronavirus after the new cases have seen a toll. The state's Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) announced that the state will not have any lockdown. He urged the people of the state to be extra cautious and follow all the social distancing guidelines without neglecting them. KCR also announced that the medical kits would be provided for the people by the government. He said that the lockdown will hit the common man and there is a chance for the economy to get collapsed. KCR  reminded about the horrific experience of lockdown in the country that took place last year.

KCR said that the government will take all the measures to bring things to a control and control the new cases. Special containment measures will be taken and the officials are directed to take all the needed measures. KCR conducted a series of review meetings on his return to the Pragathi Bhavan after he recovered completely from coronavirus. KCR brought to the notice of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the patients from Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh rushing to Hyderabad for coronavirus treatment. All the inter-state bus services between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are halted due to the curfew imposed in Andhra Pradesh. All the buses from Telangana to AP and back only between 6 AM and 12 PM. A total number of 5892 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the state in the last 24 hours as per the report from the Health Department of the state.
