Indian coronavirus daily tally at 1.20 lakhs:- The second wave of coronavirus is sliding down in India after it reached the peaks during the first week of May. The strict lockdown in most of the states helped to prevent the spread and break the chain of coronavirus. A total number of 1,20,529 new cases for coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and the total reached 2,86,94,879. 1,97,894 people got discharged or recovered in the last 24 hours and the total recoveries in India climbed to 2,67,95,549 as per the reports from the Union Health Ministry. 3380 new deaths are reported in India and the total death tally reached 3,44,082. There are 15,55,248 active cases for coronavirus in the country in total and the total number of people who got vaccinated in India are 22,78,60,317.

The government of Maharashtra announced unlock plans as per the spread. The government allowed the shoots of Bollywood films to be resumed. Tamil Nadu which is now heading the list of high infections extended the lockdown for one more week till June 14th. The daily cases of coronavirus is the lowest since April 7th in India. The vaccination drive too picked up momentum in the country after the doses are sent to all the states and union territories. As per the reports coming from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested in India till date are said to be 36,11,74,142 and the samples that are tested yesterday are 20,84,421.
