17 Percent Of The Indian Population Fully Vaccinated:- The vaccination drive took pace in August and it is going at a fast pace in September. The total vaccination doses administered in India crossed 700 million mark and more than 76 percent of the doses given till date among them are the first doses and the 24 percent of them are second doses. The last 100 million doses of coronavirus vaccines are just given in 13 days which is the highest and fastest till date. The reports are revealed by the Union Health Ministry today. More than 7 million doses of coronavirus are administered yesterday as per the data from the CoWIN Dashboard. India reported 11.3 million vaccine doses given on Monday and it is the third time, India administered more than 10 million doses in a single day.

“Soaring higher on #COVID19 vaccination under PM @NarendraModi ji's leadership...Congratulations to all the health workers and people for this momentous achievement.” tweeted Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. As per the reports, India has vaccinated 17 percent of the population fully till date and 56 percent of the Indian population received their first dose of coronavirus vaccination shot. Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Bihar, Maharashtra and Gujarat administered the most number of vaccinations in the country. In terms of the total doses given, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan are on the top of the list. India continued to report close to 40,000 cases on a regular basis and Kerala is the most impacted state of the country.
