KTR super confident on bringing investments for Telangana:- Telangana IT Minister KTR left for the United Kingdom and Davos for an eight-day tour. KTR would be attending a series of meetings and he would meet several delegates, investors and entrepreneurs. He will also meet the CEOs of several companies and round table meetings organized by UK-India Business Council in the United Kingdom. KTR's major motive is to bring investors for Telangana and he would present Telangana as the investment destination for global companies. KTR will soon attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting that is scheduled to take place between May 22nd and 26th in Davos. A delegation from Telangana will have access to CEO-level interactions.
The platform also provides access to 2000 global leaders and companies which are from the government and private sectors. KTR will also interact with 35 business leaders across the globe and the state is expected to get several investments during the meeting. KTR will interact with the pharma, automotive and food processing industry leaders. Before his departure, KTR took his twitter to say "Off to the United Kingdom for three days to attend meetings organized by UKIBC and from there on to Davos to attend the World Economic Forum from 22-26th May. Borge Brende, President, World Economic Forum referred to KTR saying "Your leadership in transforming Telangana into a technology powerhouse is noteworthy. Telangana’s role will be crucial in making India the global hub for innovation and technology".
