Rahul Gandhi wants ED questioning to be Delayed:- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been drilled by the Enforcement Directorate officials for three days in a row. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have been summoned by the officials in the National Herald case. Rahul Gandhi wrote to Enforcement Directorate to delay the questioning for time being. Rahul Gandhi was questioned by the officials of ED for 30 hours in three days. A day exemption was given for Rahul Gandhi after Sonia Gandhi was admitted to hospital after she is tested for coronavirus. She is being treated in Ganga Ram Hospital. As per the update, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are at the hospital today. The health condition of Sonia Gandhi is said to be stable.

Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the hospital on Sunday after she fell ill because of the Covid related complications. Young Indian took over the Associated Journals Limited. Young Indians took over Rs 800 crores in assets of AJL and Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi are shareholders. Young Indian is a non-profit organization and the shareholders cannot make money from it. The Enforcement Directorate claims that Young Indian has not done any charity work. The order of the Income Tax is challenged in the court and is pending in the Supreme Court. Congress leaders staged protest across the nation about the issue.
