Behind Story of Vizag SI Swarnalatha's Scam:- Vizag Homeguard Reserve Inspector (RI) Swarnalatha facing allegations for 2000 currency notes exchange and was arrested by the local police. In detail, After the Srikakulam district partition, Swarnalath was transferred to Anakepalli district, later with the recommendation of political leaders she was transferred to a vacant post as a Reserve inspector. She is also facing many allegations even in her home guard SI duties.

Swarnalatha was alleged in a 2000 notes exchange scam. She had a deal of exchanging 90 lakhs worth 500 notes in exchange for 1Cr 2000 notes. She has fixed a deal with the returned police officers. But in exchange, she gave only Rs 70 Lakhs and physically assaulted them when they demanded Rs20 Lakhs. Swarnalatha was arrested after a complaint was lodged. As per local media reporters, many YSRCP leaders are pressuring police officials to register cases in minimal sections. She was famous for her comments on TDP leader Atchen Naidu for his interlinking comments to police and politics.

Besides her professional commitments, Swarnalatha was famous for her dance videos. Recently he has done many videos with a help of a choreographer and started her career as an actor. Swarnalatha is the lead actress and is also involved in the production responsibility of the AP31 film.
