Kotam Reddy appointed as Nellore TDP in charge:- The ruling party YSRCP Nellore rural MLA Kotam reddy Sridhar Reddy has announced his resignation to YSRCP accusing him of phone tapping in February. He announced that he is proof that the state government is snooping on him.

Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy was hurt by the government's act and claimed that the party suspected him of being in touch with TDP. After four months of his resignation, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) appointed him as the district in charge of the party.

Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy was the key person for Nara Lokesh Yuvagalam yatra to be successful in Nellore. He was beside Nara Lokesh for the complete yatra and pulled a huge crowd for the meetings. TDP believed in his leadership and trying to get their power in the Nellore district. Appointing Kotamreddy is definitely a boost for Nellore TDP.

Somireddy Chandrasekhar Reddy, Bidha Ravichandra and Ex-minister Amarnath Reddy went to Kotamreddy’s residence and invited Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy's brother Giridhar Reddy also to join TDP.
