Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan discusses seat sharing:- On Sunday night, N. Chandrababu Naidu, the national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), paid a visit to the residence of Pawan Kalyan, the president of the Jana Sena Party (JSP), in Hyderabad. Their meeting revolved around the specifics of their alliance as the upcoming general elections draw near. The ruling YSR Congress is also preparing for battle by making changes in party leadership at the constituency level.

The TDP and JSP have already reached a broad understanding of what their joint manifesto should entail. The TDP had previously announced their 'Super-Six' schemes, and their partner, the JSP, proposed a few ideas to incorporate into the document. It is worth noting that in September, after meeting Mr. Naidu at the Rajamahendravaram Central Prison where the former Chief Minister was held on remand in the skill development scam case, Mr. Kalyan expressed his determination to form an alliance with the TDP. Their shared objective is to prevent the splitting of the anti-YSR Congress vote.
Since then, the alliance has been gearing up to confront the YSRCP. After December 20, Mr. Naidu is expected to resume his visits to the districts, and the two leaders are likely to commence joint campaigning against the YSRCP in the near future.
