Court orders no discussion about YS Vivekananda Reddy's Death Case:- The murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy, which occurred six years ago, continues to be a prominent subject of discussion leading up to the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections. YS Sharmila, Sunitha, and others have been targeting YS Jagan and Avinash Reddy by bringing up the topic of Vivekananda Reddy's murder, causing trouble for the top leadership of the YCP. However, a surprising ruling from the Kadapa court today has explicitly stated that the murder of Vivekananda Reddy should not be discussed in public forums. The court has specifically notified Sharmila, Sunitha, Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, Nara Lokesh, and Purandeshwari that they are not allowed to speak about the murder. Essentially, all opposition leaders in Andhra Pradesh have been instructed to avoid addressing this matter.

It is important to note that the murder case is still being investigated in court, with the CBI looking into the facts surrounding it. Despite this ongoing investigation, the opposition leaders have been addressing the topic in their campaigns due to its relevance and its connection to the current YSR Congress government and its leader, YS Jagan. The court order comes at a time when the opposition leaders have been criticizing Jagan. Opposition leaders cannot exploit the issue of Vivekananda Reddy's murder anymore, as the Kadapa court has issued a new order. This is a result of their failure to assist the family during their time of crisis and their decision to shelter the killers instead.
