Pawan Kalyan files nomination in Pithapuram:- Pawan Kalyan, the actor-turned-politician and president of Jana Sena, submitted his nomination to contest from Pithapuram Assembly constituency in East Godavari district. Starting from his residence in Chebrolu, he led a grand rally towards the office of the returning officer in Pithapuram. Along the way, his supporters, on motorcycles and cars, waved party flags and cheered for him with slogans like 'Jai Pawan Kalyan... Jai Jana Sena...' echoing through the rally. The rally concluded at Paadagaya Keshtram, where Pawan Kalyan filed his nomination papers. Notably, his affidavit reveals that he has paid a significant amount of Rs 73 crore in taxes, showcasing his commitment as a responsible taxpayer. Additionally, Pawan has generously donated Rs 20 crore to various charitable trusts and foundations, including a contribution of Rs 50 lakh to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister relief fund.

Pawan Kalyan has received loans totaling 64.26 crore so far. A significant portion of this amount comes from film producers, who may convert it into advances for his future collaborations with them. Additionally, he has borrowed 2 crore from Konidela Surekha, the wife of Chiranjeevi. Pawan Kalyan owns four agricultural lands, all located in Hyderabad, covering a total of 18.02 acres. He also possesses seven non-agricultural lands, four in Mangalagiri and three in Telangana. Furthermore, he has two residential buildings in Hyderabad, one in his name and the other in his wife Anna's name. Recently, he purchased a residential building in Hyderabad, with a 50% share going to his son Mark and the remaining 50% to his daughter Polina. Pawan Kalyan is the registered owner of nine cars, including luxury vehicles such as the Range Rover and Benz Maybach. He also owns a Harley Davidson Bike, which is his favorite company, and a Pickup Van. Notably, the famous Varahi Vehicle is not included in the list. In the affidavit, Pawan Kalyan lists his dependents as Akira and Aadhya, but interestingly, they are referred to by their mother's surname.
