Ambati Rambabu, suspended congress leader and conscience keeper of the former Kadapa MP Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy, said today that about a hundred MLAs of the congress party are in touch with Jagan always and they will join the Jagan party whenever it is launched.
Speaking at a media conference in Hyderabad, Rambabu said that a dozen MLAs of the congress party have complained against the chief minister to the party high command and that is an indication that the CM has no cooperation from his own party MLAs.
“MPs like Rayapati Sambasiva rao and Lagadapati Rajagopal will form ‘Q’ for tickets once Jagan launches his party,” he said. “Jagan will surely launch his party but we cannot disclose the date when it will be launched and he will never join the Congress again.”
Describing the congress party as a dead party in the state, Rambabu said the new in-charge of the state congress and union minister Gulam Nabi Azad will not be able to put life into it.
Stating that the state people have got doubts over the death of YSR, the reduction in security to Jagan has given room for more doubts. “Ever since Jagan has differed with congress president Sonia, the party has been resorting to vindictive action against Jagan,” Rambabu charged.
