Boyapati Pallavi of Vijayawada stood first in the Engineering stream of the EAMCET while Mohammad Ghouse of Visakhapatnam and Janardhana Reddy of Guntur attainted second and third ranks respectively.
Minister of Technical Education Mr M.Venkata Ramana released the EAMCET results in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
In the Medicine stream, Hyderabad’s N.Rahul got the first rank while Ravinuthala Lalitha and Narapaneni Kiranmayi secured the second and third ranks respectively.
2,80,396 students were selected in the Engineering section out of a total of 3,16,08 who wrote the examination. In the Medicine stream, 47,936 students attained eligibility out of a total of 51,186 students who appeared for the EAMCET.
While boys got more number of ranks in the Engineering section of the EAMCET 2010, girls secured more number of ranks in the medicine stream.
