Bebo was a free bird till she was married to the Nawab of Pataudi. Kareena Kapoor is shown a circle by her husband Saif Ali Khan that is not to be broken if she doesn't want to break the ties.

It was not told in so many words but the way Saif Ali Khan was behaving Kareena Kapoor is left with little choice to go around showing off her supposedly hidden natural beauty points.

Even after their marriage Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan acted in the films separately as if they are separate. They acted in intimate scenes with others and also kissed as the situation demanded if not to their heart’s content.

But recently Saif Ali Khan gave an indication that enough is enough.  He announced that no more kissing scenes will be enacted by him or Kareena as those scenes are of no good and unnatural on the Indian screens.

He reportedly interfered recently in a photo shoot of Kareena Kapoor in which he gave instructions to the designers to cut her dresses in such a way that her naval and thighs are not exposed to camera.

It all shows that everything is not well between Kareena and Saif. The things that were not hurdles when they were in living in together but the things changed the moment they are bonded in wedlock.
