The Indian Cricket team's new jersey for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 has been revealed by the merchandise partner, Nike. The new jersey is designed by keeping certain key aspects like eliminating distractions, body fitting and having a sense of emotional connect. Indian captain MS Dhoni too gave valuable suggestions for the design and accordingly the Nike brand has worked on it.
Eight members of Indian team including Dhoni and Virat Kohli tried this outfit in Australia and will start using this jersey with tri-nation series. Nike claims that the new outfits are made out of 100% recycled polyester and laser cut technology in the jersey helps to keep athletes cool and dry on the field.
India will begin its World Cup campaign with arch-rivals, Pakistan on February 15th in Adelaide. As it is the battle of biggest rivals, the Oval Stadium management has issued a 'Code of Conduct' for the spectators to avoid unwanted incidents.
