In the latest update about Kapu agitation, Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham is planning for another agitation over Kapu reservations. In this regard, the leader will be starting Padayatra from tomorrow from Ravulapalem, which is regarded as the gateway of Godavari districts.

Mudragada did not take permission for this padayatra due to which stress is rising over this issue, as police are explaining that they would not allow his padayatra without permission.

The special force and armed forces are stationed at Mudragada's residence in Kirlampudi and a petition has been filed against Mudragada's padayatra.

Meda Srinivas is a lawyer who has filed this petition for stopping the padayatra. High Court questioned government if it can assure that there won’ be any violence during the rally.

Previously also violence took place when Mudragada was on hunger strike.
