AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, who is on his US visit, called on the senior most Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader, T Devender Goud and consoled him.

Devender Goud is undergoing treatment for cancer at a famous hospital in Rochester, US. The TDP leader shifted to the US along with his family members for medical treatment recently.

Naidu met Goud and inquired about his health condition. The Chief Minister also discussed the health condition of his party leader with doctors and also asked them to update him about the health status of Goud regularly.

Devender Goud was once in the second position in the Telugu Desam Party and seen as next to Chandrababu Naidu. He served as Home Minister in the Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government in the United Andhra Pradesh. Goud is a strong leader from BC community and from Telangana region.
