Ex TN CM Late Jayalalithaa’s Poes Garden Residence To Be Confiscated?:- The TN state government very soon following the directives of the court, is all set to take over the Poes Garden Residence of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa.

After the late CM’s conviction in disproportionate assets case, several assets of her are being taken over by the Government. These properties can be used by the Government for its own purpose or may auction them and liquidate.

The Tamil Nadu Government is planning to convert the Poes Garden Residence into a Memorial of the former CM. However, Jayalalithaa’s daughter-in-law may not get any share in the assets.

If not for AIADMK government in Tamil Nadu, even the memorial would not be possible. On the other side, after the demise of Jayalalithaa, the Tamil Politics continue to be in turmoil. The AIADMK is split into two factions and is fighting for Jayalalithaa’s legacy. As a result, Tamil Politics is wide and open.
