Charmme’s Special Petition In High Court Against SIT:- Tollywood has been shattered with the recent drug mafia that released the names of many celebrities. Media has been completely focussed on these celebrities because of which the issue got huge craze. Ravi Teja, Puri Jagannadh, Charmme, Subbaraju, Navdeep, Tarun, Chinna, Nandu, Shyam K Naidu, Mumaith Khan and others have been issued notices and they have been asked to attend before Special Investigation Team in Nampally. Puri Jagannadh, Shyam K Naidu and Tarun already attended before SIT and they have been drilled for hours.

Navdeep is attending the investigation today and Charmme has been served notices to attend on Wednesday.  Though initially Charmme revealed that she would respect the notice and will attend the investigation, she took a U turn today. Her lawyer filed a petition in High Court that she is not completely comfortable to appear before SIT. Here lawyer reminded as per Article 20 and from sub clause 3, no one has the right to collect the blood samples without the permission from the accused.

Charmme even requested the High Court to grant her the permission to take her lawyer for the investigation. She wants her lawyer to accompany here throughout the process of investigation. The court is yet to here and take a call on this. A special investigation team lead by Akun Sabharwal has been investigating each and every celebrity and the team has been collecting the blood samples along with nails, hair. All these have been sent to Forensic Lab and the report is expected to arrive in a month. Charmme is said to have not comfortable with this. We have to wait how the Court reacts on this.

Charmme is currently working as the executive producer for Paisa Vasool directed by Puri Jagannadh. Balakrishna and Shriya Saran are the lead actors in the movie which has been produced by Bhavya Creations. The movie has been slated for September release.
