The Toughest H-1B Visa Process Starts Today:- Ever since Donald Trump took charge as the American President, Indians have been facing tough time. The new process of filing petitions for H-1B which is the work Visa in USA for highly skilled Indian professionals will start today. With massive changes by Trump's administration, this is the called as the toughest H-1B Visa process till date. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) along with the Federal Agency are responsible for processing the Visas.

USCIS is very strict and is not in a mood to tolerate even minor errors. The rate of rejection is expected to be quite high this year. The H1-B visas have an annual numerical limit cap of 65,000 each fiscal year. USCIS warned that duplicate petitions will be straightaway rejected and they are said to reject event applications with early start date saying ASAP. The premium Visa processing has been suspended considering the mad rush of H-1B Visas. Indian companies are said to be paying $ 6000 to the Government of USA per H-1B application. On the whole, this will be the toughest ever H-1B Visa process ever.
