3584 Nominations Filed Across Telangana:- Telangana Assembly has been dissolved in advance and the state is heading for an early polls which are scheduled to take place on December 7th. The deadline for nomination process has been completed last evening and the Election Commission revealed that over 3584 nominations have been filed for the Assembly polls between November 12th and November 19th. Congress is leading the list with 300 candidates and 270 BJP leaders filed their nominations. 272 candidates from TRS filed nominations and BSP registered 182 nominations.

CPM saw 64 candidates filing nominations and 52 TDP candidates filed their nominations. NCP got 36 and AIMIM got 21 nominations. CPI got 5 and one nomination has been filed by YSRCP. 2442 independent candidates are participating in this Assembly polls and the total filed nominations reached 3584. Several members from the family too filed their nominations to make sure if one person's nomination gets rejected, the other person can campaign and contest in the polls. The elections are scheduled to take place on December 7th and the results will be out on December 11th.
