YS Jagan Case: NIA Accuses SIT In Andhra Pradesh

YS Jagan Case: NIA Accuses SIT In Andhra Pradesh:- YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy has been attacked in Vizag airport and the case has been handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). YS Jagan filed a petition in a Vijayawada Special Court that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) was not co-operating well and the investigation has been sidelined. NIA asked the AP Police and SIT to share all the records and documents in related to the case. AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu penned a letter to Narendra Modi expressing his displeasure over their move in YS Jagan's case.

The AP Government now decided to move to AP High Court seeking a direction fo Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to withdraw the orders that are issued by the Centre for NIA to investigate the case. NIA accused SIT saying that they have been partial in the ivestigation. YS Jagan was injured by Srinivas who works in a coffee shop in Vizag airport. Jagan got injured and was rushed to Hyderabad for special treatment. The First Information Report (FIR) was registered on a complaint by an officer of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
