Goondas Act On Four Accused In Pollachi Sexual Assault Case:- The Pollachi sexual assault case created enough sensation across the country. The cops slapped Goondas Act on the four accused in the case and all the four accused have been arrested. Pollachi Magistrate court extended the remand for three of the four accused for 15 more days. Thirunavukkarasu, Sathish, Sabarirajan and Vasanthakumar sexually assaulted and extorted several women. The filmed several girls and women after which they demanded money by blackmailing them.

After investigating the case, the cops have been left in shock with the extortion of these four and slapped Goondas Act against them. Under this act, they may be detained bail for over a period of one year. On February 24th, a woman based in Pollachi registered a complaint against four men after they assaulted her in a car. The case created a sensation and despite of political pressures, the cops have been strict on their stands. Thirunavukkarasu, Sathish, Sabarirajan and Vasanthakumar are said to have extorted several women and harassed them sexually.
