Sujana Chowdary Lands Into More Troubles:- Businessman and TDP ex-MP Y Sujana Chowdary has been facing allegations of bank fraud and the CBI, ED officials have been conducting raids from the past couple of months. Now CBI too the control of Sujana Universal Industries Pvt Ltd located in Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad. The premises were seized and all the directors are taken into custody. Searches are on in various places and properties owned by Sujana Chowdary. 25 CBI Bengaluru officials arrived along with some support staff from Hyderabad and they continued raids on Sunday.

The searches are done in Chennai and Bengaluru too in relation with the case. Couple of promoters are being questioned. Sujana Chowdary and his group secured a loan of Rs 364 crores and the amount was transferred to shell companies through bogus invoices. Though Sujana Chowdary said that he has no connection with Best and Crompton Engineering, the primary investigation revealed several facts. Sujana Chowdary has been asked to be available for the investigation at any time.
