Kodela's Son Sivaram Surrenders in AP Court:- Ex-Speaker and senior politician Kodela Siva Prasad Rao passed away after he committed suicide in Hyderabad recently. His son Sivarama Krishna surrendered before the court after several cases have been booked against him. Sivaram surrendered before the first additional munsif magistrate court in Narasaraopet in Guntur district today. He has been granted anticipatory bail on request. AP High Court on August 31st asked Kodela and his son to surrender in the cases that are registered against them.

The High Court had passed the orders while refusing to grant them anticipatory bail. Kodela's death created a stir and AP Government decided not to mount any kind of pressure on Kodela's family as of now. Sivaram was busy completing all the rituals of Siva Prasad after his father's demise in Guntur district from the past two weeks. Due to several police cases, Sivaram left Andhra Pradesh and was staying in African countries. He recently floated his own business in Kenya. A bunch of non-bailable cases have been booked against Kodela Siva Prasad Rao and his son Sivaram after YSRCP took charge.
