Mysore Student Shot Dead in California, USA:- A student from Mysore who is pursuing his master's degree in Computer Science at California State University in San Bernadino was shot dead on Thursday as per the USA Time. The student was identified as 25-year-old Abhishek Sudhesh Bhat. He is working part-time at a motel and he was attacked while he was returning home from work. His family members are not aware about the incident and they are left in deep shock with the sudden demise of Abhishek. His father is Sudhesh Chand, a yoga guru and is the founder of Sri Upanishath Yoga Centre Trust in Kuvempunagar in Mysore.

As of now, Abhishek's mortal remains are in San Bernardino hospital morgue. The official report from the Indian embassy is expected soon. Abhishek previously studied engineering at Vidhya Vikas Engineering College in Mysore. He left to USA two years ago. His friend who works in the same motel informed Abhishek's parents about the attack. A case has been registered and the cops are investigating the matter based on the CCTV footage near the motel. Abhishek had said he had been appointed as a teaching assistant to Dr Ernesto Gomez at the California State University, San Bernardino College of Natural Sciences, from October 31.
