Karnataka Passengers To Get An Indelible Stamp On The Left Palm:- The government of Karnataka decided to implement some new techniques for all the passengers who are screened at airports. The passengers who are instructed to remain in the home quarantine will be marked with a stamp. Pankaj Kumar Pandey, Commissioner for the state Health and Family Welfare Services said that the passengers who are out after airport screening are not at strict home quarantine for two weeks because of which such steps are taken.

The health officials arranged a thermal screening at the airports and they would classify the passengers arriving at the airports based on the symptoms. Group A has the highest risk and they would be sent to isolation wards. Group B passengers are with moderate risk who do not display any symptoms but they come from a country in which the virus is well spread. Group C has low risk and they would be allowed to go home and are instructed to be under home quarantine for 14 days. The Karnataka Health Officials will be allowing Group B, C passengers to go home and they would be marked with an indelible stamp on the left palm with the date of quarantine.

Several international flight services are canceled with the risk going high. Several new coronavirus cases are registered across the country.
