Coronavirus Row: Centre To Announce A Bailout Package:- There is a huge economic vacuum across the globe due to the coronavirus breakdown. The daily wage workers are suffering a lot as the country is under lockdown. As per the update, the government of India is expected to announce an economic package for the country to bail out the people and all those who are badly impacted due to coronavirus. A special task force has been announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and it would be headed by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Stharaman. The situations are overviewed and the task force would submit a detailed report along with the suggestions for the bailout package.
Nirmala Sitharaman sai that the donations made for fighting coronavirus as 'Corporate Social Responsibility'. Before this, Narendra Modi urged the entire country to stay inside to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. All the public transport facilities are kept on hold. "In view of the spread of novel #CoronaVirus in India, its declaration as a pandemic by the WHO, and the decision of Government of India to treat this as a notified disaster, it is hereby clarified that spending of CSR funds for COVID-19 is eligible CSR activity. #IndiaFightCorona," posted Nirmala Sitharaman.
