Telangana Receives A Rude Shock: 79 New Cases In A Day:- When the toll in the number of new cases in Telangana have been coming down, the state witnessed 79 new cases yesterday. All these new cases are registered in the limits of GHMC. This is the first time, Telangana witnessed more than 75 cases in a single day. The last highest was 75 on May 3rd. 222 new cases are registered in the limits of GHMC in the past 11 days. The total number of coronavirus cases in the state now stands at 1275. 444 people are the number of active coronavirus cases in Telangana. 801 people recovered from coronavirus completely.
30 people passed away in Telangana due to the deadly virus. All the other districts of Telangana registered no new cases in the recent days. The restrictions across the limits of GHMC have been restricted recently and several IT firms started operating from yesterday with 33% workforce. With 79 new cases in Telangana, the government is now left in shock. Around 31,000 migrant workers who belong to Telangana will reach the state from states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. 1000 new teams are formed to scan them on their arrival and special quarantine centres are planned. All those who are tested positive will be sent for quarantine for 28 days.
