No Restrictions To Travel Within AP Says DGP:- With the coronavirus scare, the life came to a standstill. The lockdown was imposed and people were asked not to come on to the roads. It has been two months and the whole country is in financial pressure after which the Centre allowed some relief. The state governments have been asked to handle things as the country is in stress. The government of Andhra Pradesh provided relief for all the zones except the containment zones from the past few days. Now, AP DGP Gautam Sawang made it clear that the people of Andhra Pradesh can roam within the state without any restrictions. He made it clear that no permissions are needed to travel from any district to another in the state.
Gautam Sawang asked the SPs not to stop any vehicles at the borders of the districts starting from today. Only three people are allowed to travel in personal vehicles and the people are asked strictly to follow the social distancing. DGP asked everyone to use face masks and hand gloves. For people coming from neighboring states, they have to acquire all the needed permissions and they would be screened near the AP borders. All the people crossing AP border will be asked to stay in home quarantine for two weeks. The government of AP took his decision to make things free and comfortable for businesses. AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy asked the people to be extra cautious about coronavirus.
