KCR's Strict Instructions to Officials about the Dharani Portal:- Telangana Chief Minister KCR has been working on bringing a transparent platform to the Revenue Department as he felt that it is the most corrupted department in the state. With the land prices reaching sky-high, KCR instructed the officials to complete the process at the earliest and the bill was passed in the Assembly recently. The registrations in the state are put on hold and the VROs culture has been demolished. KCR instructed the officials and imposed a deadline of 15 days to register the houses, plots, apartments and other properties that are not registered online. All the Panchayat Raj, Municipal department officials have been asked to register the properties online before the dharani portal would be available for the public. KCR held a high-level meeting in Pragati Bhavan yesterday with the officials.
He discussed about Dharani portal which is introduced as per the new Revenue Act of Telangana. Telangana's Chief Advisor Rajiv Sharma, Rythu Bandhi Samithi State President Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, CMO officials, Principal Secretary Aravind Kumar, Municipal Director Satyanarayana and Panchayat Raj Secretary Sandeep Kumar participated in the meeting. KCR instructed the officials to complete the online registration process at the earliest. He wanted a coordination meeting to be held with the DPAs and MPOs. He wanted all the maintenance land records to be completely transparent and available on the Dharani portal.
KCR wanted a special team of flying squads to conduct surprise checks about the construction of the Vaikunta Dhams in villages and the distribution of saplings under the process of Haritha Haram.
