SP Balasubrahmanyam's Last Rites Held With State Honours:- The country's renowned singer SP Balasubrahmanyam breathed his last yesterday afternoon in Chennai after battling for 40 days in MGM Healthcare. The entire country mourned his demise and the condolences poured in after the demise of SP Balasubrahmanyam. His mortal remains are kept in his residence for his public visit last evening at his residence. His mortal remains have been taken to his farmhouse in the outskirts of Chennai during the early hours of today. Chennai cops deployed in huge numbers and the family members of SP Balasubrahmanyam requested everyone to stay away for the last rites. Barricades are arranged 2kms before the farmhouse of SP Balasubrahmanyam.
Several celebrities and politicians paid their last respects for SP Balasubrahmanyam's body. The last rites are held this morning and the process started at 10:30 AM in the presence of his family members. SP Charan performed the last rites which are held with the Tamil Nadu government's state honours. It was a tearful goodbye for everyone and the cops could not control the crowds who rushed to pay their last respects. The last rites of SP Balasubrahmanyam are held as per the Hindu tradition. SP Balasubrahmanyam sang 40,000 songs in 16 languages which is an achievement. He holds a Guinness Record for singing the highest number of songs in the world.
