Rhea Chakraborty Granted Bail by the Mumbai High Court:- Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty has been cornered by the agencies Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau after the sudden untimely demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput case. The actress was arrested on September 8th by the officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau and the special NDPS Court sent her for the judicial custody. Her bail petition was rejected and the custody of the actress, her brother Showik Chakraborty were extended several times. The NDPS Court extended the custody of Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty till October 20th yesterday.
Rhea Chakraborty filed a petition in the Mumbai High Court and it came for hearing today. The Mumbai High Court granted bail for Rhea Chakraborty which is a relief. However, the bail petition of her brother Showik Chakraborty was rejected and he will continue to be in the jail. There are several restrictions for Rhea Chakraborty. She has been asked to deposit her passport with the Mumbai cops and she should leave the country. Rhea Chakraborty will have to attend before the cops for every ten days and she will have to inform the reporting officer if she wishes to leave Mumbai on any personal work. Sushant Singh Rajput's employees Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda are also granted bail. Rhea Chakraborty was granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh.
