KTR Inaugurates 2 BHK Houses in Hyderabad

KTR Inaugurates 2 BHK Houses in Hyderabad:- KTR, the minister for Municipal Administration of Telangana inaugurated double bedroom houses in the state which are constructed to distribute them to the beneficiaries in Hyderabad. KTR inaugurated 840 double bedroom houses that are constructed in Jiyaguda, Hyderabad which are constructed with Rs 71.49 crores. The township also provides basic amenities like CC roads, drinking water, electricity, Basti Dawakhana along with a shopping complex. 56 shops are constructed in the township site. The rents collected from these shops would be used for the maintenance of the lifts and the housing complex.

KTR along with other ministers and officials paid his visit to the housing complex before the inauguration. KTR said that 2.75 lakh houses are currently under construction in Telangana. The government of Telangana is currently spending Rs 18,000 crores on this housing scheme. KTR made sure that the projects are well planned and designed without no mistakes. He urged the people not to give money for any middlemen and fall prey. KTR asked the beneficiaries to keep the housing complex clean so that it turns out to be an example for the country. He also said that the government would soon take up slaughterhouse. Telangana ministers Mahamood Ali, Talasani Srinivas Yadav along with Mayor B Rammohan participated in the event.
