YS Jagan Launches Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy today said that the government of Andhra Pradesh is carrying out various programs to support and encourage SC and STs in the state. YS Jagan launched a new program 'Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam' today at his camp office after the AP Government announced 2020-23 Special Industrial Policy for SC and ST Entrepreneurs. 16.2 percent of the programs are allocated for SCs while 6 percent is allocated for STs. The land allocation will be done in the industrial parks that are developed by the AP Government. Speaking about this YS Jagan said that the great program is launched on the occasion of Dasara.

ఇండస్ట్రియల్‌ పార్కుల్లో SCలకు 16.2%, STలకు 6% భూములు కేటాయిస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ రాయితీ, వడ్డీ రాయితీ, SGST రాయితీ, క్వాలిటీ సర్టిఫికేషన్‌, పేటెంట్‌ రుసుముల్లో రాయితీ.. ఇలా ఎన్నెన్నో ప్రోత్సాహకాలు SC, ST పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకు లభించనున్నాయని తెలిపారు.

"We started the program on the occasion of Dasara festival. I feel fortunate to promote SC and ST entrepreneurs. We will be giving incentives up to Rs 1 crore. Several skill development and facilitation programs are carried out. Incentives on stamp duty, discount on SGSTS, quality certification, interest rebate, patent fees and many others will be available for them. The poor people in the upper castes too will be benefited along with SCs and STs. Several programs like Navaratnas are taken to change the fate of the people. 82 percent of jobs in the Secretariat are allocated for BCs, SCs and STs along with other minorities. All these are implemented to change the conditions of the poor in the coming days" said YS Jagan about Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam.
