Maharashtra to Reopen Theatres and Swimming Pools from Tomorrow:- Maharashtra is the most impacted state in the country because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Though the Centre granted permissions to reopen theatres, multiplexes, swimming pools and other sports-based offerings, it asked the states to take the final call based on the situations. Maharashtra granted permissions to reopen the theatres, multiplexes, swimming pools and yoga institutes in the state. All these can operate from tomorrow only outside the containment zones in the state. All the theatres can reopen and operate with 50% occupancy in the state and the government strictly ordered the theatres to follow all the social distancing rules in the premises.

No eatables will be allowed inside the auditorium as per the update. All the establishments are closed since lockdown from March this year. The government of Maharashtra allowed the reopening of hotels and bars to be opened from last month. As per the current issued guidelines, all the swimming pools that are used for training the national and international level sportsmen can be opened from tomorrow outside the containment zones. All the tennis courts, squash, badminton courts along with yoga centres and indoor sports facilities can be reopened from tomorrow in the state and they are ordered to strictly follow the issued guidelines.
