Narendra Modi to visit Hyderabad's Bharat Biotech on Saturday:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to visit Hyderabad on Saturday and he would be present at the facility of Bharat Biotech in the city. Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar announced the news officially. Bharat Biotech is developing a vaccine for coronavirus named Covaxin which is in the third phase of clinical trials. Narendra Modi will arrive at the Hakimpet Air Force station in an Indian Air Force flight from Pune, Maharashtra tomorrow afternoon. He will be visiting the plant of Serum Institute of India (SII) in Pune tomorrow morning.

Modi after landing in Hakimpet Air Force station would head to the Bharat Biotech facility in Genome Valley. He will be spending one hour between 4:10 PM and 5:10 PM at the facility. Modi after completing his visit will return back to New Delhi from Hyderabad. He will review the status of the vaccines which are expected to be launched very soon. The Collector and District Magistrate are making all the needed arrangements and tight security is imposed across the region.
