32,981 New Coronavirus Cases Reported In India:- The tally of coronavirus cases is slowly calming down in India. Though experts warned about the second wave which hit the countries of USA and Europe, as of now the situations are under control. A total number of 32,981 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. The total number of cases in the country now stands at 96,77,203 and a total number of 91,39,901 people recovered completely. The recovery rate in India is at 94.45 percent and the active cases in India are at 3,96,729. Serum Institute of India, the largest manufacturer for vaccines sought the approval of the government for the emergency authorization of their coronavirus vaccine named AstraZeneca which is developed in association with the University of Oxford.
Telangana reported 517 new cases of coronavirus along with 2 deaths and the total tally of cases reached 2.74 lakhs. For the first time, the active caseload in the country reached below 4 lakh mark and they comprise 4.10 percent of the total caseload. The fatality rate stands at 1.45 percent. India reported 391 new deaths in the last 24 hours. The total samples tested in India till date are said to be 14,77,87,656 and 8,01,081 samples are tested yesterday in the country as per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research. USA is the most impacted country of the globe with 14.75 million cases and is followed by India, Brazil, Russia and France. The total tally of cases across the globe stands at 67.06 million and 43.1 million people recovered from coronavirus. There are 22.42 million active cases and the death tally reached 1.53 million.
