Indian Farmers Warn Of Protesting Till May 2024:- The Indian farmers have been protesting against the Centre and the introduced three farm laws. Nine rounds of talks took place between the Indian government and the Farmer Unions but the results are not satisfactory. Ahead of the tenth round of talks that are scheduled to take place on January 19th, the farmers warned to continue their protest till the issue is solved. Narendra Singh Tomar, the Union Agriculture Minister urged the farmers to give up their stand and come for a discussion based on the clauses. But the farmers decided to stand on their demand to shelve all the introduced farm laws.

The farmers said that they would continue their protests till May 2024 till the next Lok Sabha elections commence in the country. Narendra Singh Tomar said that the farmers are stubborn on their stand. The Supreme Court recently asked the Centre to stay the implementation of the three farm laws in the country. Narendra Singh Tomar wanted the farmers to come for a clause by clause discussion on January 19th. Most of the protesting farmers are from Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. They have blocked the borders that are heading to New Delhi. Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait termed the agitation as an ideological revolution.
