Omicron Impact May Be Less Severe Due To Vaccination:- The Omicron variant of coronavirus is leaving the world sleepless and number of cases are reported across 29 nations already. Two cases of Omicron are found in Karnataka already and both the international passengers are kept in self isolation. India reported 9216 new cases of coronavirus today. Union Home Minister Mansukh Madaviya said that the decision on the booster dose and the vaccination of the kids will be taken as per the advise of the scientists and he asked the opposition parties to trust the scientists of the country. 13 passengers who landed in Hyderabad are tested positive for coronavirus and the samples are sent for genome sequencing. Several health experts say that the Omicron variant may spread to other countries of the globe at the earliest.
Some of the health experts say that the vaccination may reduce the severity of Omicron variant. There are debates going on about the third wave of coronavirus in the country. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared Omicron as the Variant of Concern. The Union Health Ministry asked the precautions to be taken and asked everyone to use facemask when they are in public. They also requested the people to take both the doses of coronavirus vaccination. The cases of Omicron are rising and the situations are alarming. For now, there are predictions that Omicron variant will have less impact due to the vaccination drive.
